I had to wake up early around 8:30 which is early for me. I stated to pack up I went were all the kids were sleeping they were all ready to go I asked were their mother was they said she was the restaurant, she said there was people waiting outside the door. I thought if I had enough time, I ran outside toke the kids with me went on the bus to go say good bye before I left to Santa Barbara. The bus stopped all of us got out and we weren't even able to get in the cafe finely after us screaming she came out and we said are good byes I said call me and I was off to Santa Barbara.

I like how you said that 8:30 was early for you!
Sounds like you had alot of fun
I really liked how you added in the currency into your visit with him. So I just don't read a bunch of stuff that isn't that important.
Estrella in Negros Occidental . . .
1st class with your mom who "loves you so much"- I love that. Fun start.
Day 1: practicing your Filipino...Estrella's Caleb sign...that made me smile
Day 2: great opening photo...Kamusta...a hero...the necklace-what a great way to talk about the currency exchange...beautiful necklace photo
Day 3: cool house...kids...full belly...zzz...waking up to the laughter of children
Day 4: mangos, rice & eggs-I could get used to that...only the sound of birds at breakfast (cool link) I wonder how we could make the sound come on automatically...kids off to school...you and Estrella off to work...Great photo
Day 5:school stories of the fair-what a great way to incorporate what you were doing back home
Day 6: a quick good bye...Estrella up early and off to work
Nicely done, Caleb. I love hearing your voice. The way you write and weave story and pictures together makes everything so real. I can easily imagine you at school or at Estrella's shop or snoozing on the floor after a meal. I really like how you showed how busy Estrella was making a living for her family. Her being already at work on your leaving day said a lot.
